How It Works
OFS begins by working with us so together, we can help you get to know your business from the inside out. We perform a detailed sustainability analysis to not only put into numbers where your company currently stands, but also to understand the DNA, if you will, of what makes your business run: its culture and personality, its strength and weaknesses, and its as-of-yet undefined potential. With that understood, the curriculum we propose is designed precisely for your business.
OFS is divided into six sub-groups that branch off of the Three C's. Each track focused on a specific component of sustainability as it applies to the structure and operations of the business, its connections with the local community and environment, and the ways it connects its supply chain to best support its suppliers and clients alike..
